NCC
NCC was incepted on 4th May 2016 by Brig. Dheeraj Mohan, Cdmt BEG & Centre. It is attached with 1 Mah Sig Coy NCC, which allotted vacancy of junior division for 50 cadets from our school. At present we have 25 NCC cadets each in 1st& 2ndyear from 8th& 9thstd respectively.
Our cadets participate in all the activities recommended by the NCC GP HQ Pune like Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan, SwacchataPakhwada, youth day, yoga day with full zeal and enthusiasm. Our cadets also participate in the march past with patriotic fervour during Republic Day and Independence Day celebration of our school.
Our school has NCC Marching Band. Our cadets play melodious musical instruments like Clarinet, drum, trumpet, saxophone etc.
Our cadets attend various camps organized by NCC GP HQ every year. They represented our school in NIC (National Integrated Camp), CATC (Combined Annual Training Camp) and Pre Republic Day Camp and were highly appreciated for their achievement in the competitions held in the Camp.
ACHIEVEMENTS:-
Cadet Rahul secured 1st position in NIC-2017 singing competition.
School bagged 2nd prize in the drill competition held in NCC GP HQ Pune in the year 2018.
Three cadets from our school got selected for cultural event in RDC and they represented Maharashtra in Republic Day Parade 2020.
